Review on Outputs Optical Streaming Broadcast Conference by John Boyce

I wrote to the company to find out how to control the camera from OBS and they recommended using PZToptics' camera control app (in other words , they don't have their own app). So I downloaded this app and it only controls pan and tilt. The zoom does not work in the app and the presets cannot be adjusted. And their physical remote was also difficult to understand and their downloadable manual was very vague with little specific instructions on how to get the presets to set up or access. I'm still trying to figure out how to do this with the remote control that came with the camera. Overall a very disappointing experience with this camera as we cannot control it from the back of the church (via OBS) as we wanted. And even though we've only had him a few months, it's too late to bring him back through Revain.
