Review on Boho Chic: Valphsio’S Floral Smocked Dress With Ruffle Detail And Tie Front For Women by Victor Ahmed

I am keeping this dress as it is adorable. I had to modify it slightly so that the sleeves would stay up as the top part was a little too large. I took the center tie strings and trimmed them and sewed them to the back shoulders and tied across my back to keep the dress from falling down below my bust. I am a 36DD so this should not be the case if the dress was made right.
