I've never bought "waterproof" cards before so I doubted I'd like them. I have to say they look exactly like the photos the seller posted and they feel great! For the shuffle: I do the typical Vegas shuffle, thumb swipe, and basic cuts. I had no issues with the thumb slot, the cards fit together quite easily, I would say they don't shrink as much as some premium poker cards that aren't waterproof, but I really scratch my head if you just don't want to ONLY that feeling and that only. If you riff on the bridge I'd be warned! It may take some practice to break the bridge so the cards don't fly all over the place, how slick they are! Haha! But for me it's not a problem as I shuffle the cards on the table. These cards are pretty easy to read too, the blue and gray on black might not be the best but gosh they look cool! However, they are quite simple, you just have to look and you can still read the cards. Plus, the numbered placement makes it easy to see your cards without showing them to your fellow poker player next to you. These guys really nailed it! Cool looking cards that play like any premium deck! I use 20 decks during poker night and got them because they match my blue cloth at the poker tables. All I can say is that the test deck went well and I've just ordered 19 more decks. (So I have 10 blues and 10 reds). I hope this helps others with issues related to using it in a professional setting. You will not be disappointed!
