Review on Idealforce by Paul Mac

I'm writing this review because I recently made a purchase of electronics and accessories from Idealforce, and I have to admit that I was really dissatisfied with both the quality of the things I received and the level of customer care I received. To begin, the quality of the gadgets that I was sent was quite subpar. The carrying cases, holsters, sleeves, and other attachments appeared to be made of flimsy material and had the appearance of being readily broken. A company that markets itself as the industry's preeminent supplier of premium-grade electronics sent me several samples of their wares, but I was underwhelmed by their overall quality. In addition, the customer assistance that Idealforce provided to me was of the worst possible quality. When I tried to contact their customer care staff to voice my concerns about the overall quality of the products, I was confronted with individuals who were impolite and unable to provide me with any assistance. They didn't appear very interested in assisting me in finding solutions to my problems and seemed more focused with getting me off the phone as quickly as possible. My time spent with Idealforce was, on the whole, a rather disappointing one. Because both the quality of their items and the quality of their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, I would not suggest this company to anyone trying to purchase high-quality gadgets and accessories.
