Wearing this for more than a month gives me a terrible rash that doesn't go away for at least a week. So I try to save it for my "sweaty days" - when I go to the gym, when I work outside, when it's really hot outside. But I often have to take it off when I get home and put on a deodorant which is better for sensitive skin (I've used Tom with some success, although Tom isn't enough for my "sweaty days" and it doesn't last) . I won't be using these anymore as they came in a 3 pack but the elusive hunt for the best aluminum free truly effective deodorant for sensitive skin continues.
