Radiators did NOT come with thermal tape or glue. On the back of the packaging you can see that you have to remove the protective film first, but they are completely naked. Another review mentions that the tape was not installed but was included in the package. This wasn't true either. Very disappointing as I now have to order thermal tape. I deliberately chose this product because I had to.
