UPDATE: Humble-Bee sent me a replacement bag with a stronger zip after I sent it in. I will happily continue to use it! I had a particular style for the diaper bag and really liked the look of the Humble Bee models - not flashy but still put together, looked good to use as a 'mothers bag'. I also appreciated the option with a large bag or backpack on top of a bag, which I haven't seen on many other options. Unfortunately after about 2 months of average use the top zip started to fail and is now completely broken. Due to the price we paid for the bag, this is very frustrating as it is no longer very useful to us. I have contacted Humble Bee and am hoping to hear that they are willing to fix the issue as the zipper issue was clearly a manufacturing defect and not something we broke. Will update the review when I hear from them! Aside from the zipper issue, I was happy with the bag; but unfortunately the zipper is so important that I would not recommend it unless we can fix or replace it.
