Worst toner ever for printers and supplies

I bought these toner cartridges for my Samsung and replaced 2 color toners and didn't use the printer for a week before noticing the problem. It looks like the quality is set to low and fast to save ink. I checked my settings again and set it to the best quality and it had no effect. Now I need to replace the ink again and it's been over 30 days so I can't get a refund.
