So I thought this would be a glitter top with a fitted bottom based on the picture. It is not glittery or shiny as pictured. My daughter does love this dress as it twirls beautifully and it’s so soft and comfortable. She is 8 and tall for her age and skinny. She wears a size 10 in most clothes and this is a little big but she can have a few years to grow into it.
