I am 5ft 3cm and weigh 215 pounds. I wear 2 in tops and 14-16 in pants. I brought a size 16 jacket. Surprisingly, she walked towards my huge rhino arms. The jacket itself is a bit loose but it's ok if you want to wear a sweatshirt or long sleeve sweatshirt underneath. Very light, not suitable for winter. More for fall weather. However, I don't like the quality of the jacket. The material itself is like a cheap window curtain. CURTAIN FOR THE WINDOW, not a shower curtain. This is not material for raincoats. It's such an uncomfortable material that dangling cuticles around your nails would make your hair static or pull on your skin. This jacket also creases easily and is easy to straighten. I had to iron it 2 times before I could wear it. It looks good and might fit, but it's NOT COMFORTABLE. With the money you pay you can definitely get something better.
