Relieve the wrist for the thumb!

It took me a few tries to get used to and find my favorite pull and velcro position, but they work! I was specifically looking for an orthotic with wrist and thumb support to wear at night after long days of typing. I'm glad I found her! I wear it at night and in the morning especially my hand and thumb feel less swollen and relieved from pain. The braces are made of soft material on the inside. The material is comfortable and breathable. The headband has 2 adjustable elastic bands, one around the thumb and the other a long band that fastens around the wrist and arm. The material of the outer part of the orthosis allows you to place the band anywhere on your wrist/hand on the orthosis. I've found that rotating the strap around the brace and up works better for me than just wrapping it around my wrist. On the side, from the top of the thumb to the bottom of the brace at the wrist, is a thin, durable splint. The brace seems to keep my wrist and thumb in a neutral position, allowing them to relax when worn. I like wearing braces while I sleep. Since I use my hands a lot during the day, I don't wear this brace during the day as it is restrictive. This set includes 2 braces that can be used on either arm. All in all a relief bandage that I would recommend for hand and thumb pain relief!
