Does not work with iPad and USB-C

I bought this for podcasting from my iPad. USB-C support was a requirement, but when connected to an iPad, the input volume doesn't go beyond a whisper. This was tested on a full charge and I can confirm the audio was louder when connected to a MacBook Pro. If you want to podcast directly from your iPad without buying an additional adapter (microphone input), this product is not for you.
