Bought a 12" x 12" x 1/4" acrylic sheet to make new foot rests for my router because the original factory foot rest is too simple and its center hole is too big for standard bushings. The sheet came well packaged packaged in bubble wrap in a larger Revain box that also contained some of the Forstner bits I needed for this project. Its dimensions were 1/16 under 12" on both sides. Assuming the original large sheet is exactly at 12". marked and the cutting blade running along that line is 1/8" wide. Hence the loss of 1/16" per sheet. This isn't a problem for my project, but it would be if someone wanted exactly a 12" square. The brown paper backing was ideal for marking the panel and was left in place until all the cutting, sanding and drilling was done Sand the acrylic down to the lines on the paper to allow the papi to blend it does not peel off or fray. The acrylic was cut cleanly with my table saw (40 TPI), jigsaw and it was punched in the center and drilled neatly on my drill press (1700 rpm) with no cracking or melting. In conclusion, I can recommend this product without hesitation.
