We like that it automates so many of our processes, from prospecting to content creation to campaign management for client campaigns - we have yet to find anything I dislike about this product- in fact they continue improving every single aspect! The implementation process can be quite complex at times (especially if you aren't working with their team). There are sometimes questions regarding how something is interpreted when using multiple rules within one group/campaign or even cross account functionality between clients which isn’t always clear after implementation has started. It's easy to see your success though as well track down any issues quickly once alerted by auto reports and filters showing errors & tracking results. If your looking just to get some quick wins without diving into long term commitments then use route. This will likely do what you need but won't make things easier going forward.
