Having used two of these chargers I have to say I am very disappointed with the durability of the devices. The charging block on the first device overheated and stopped working, which is normal after continuous use over time, but I only had 13 days with the device. Hoping this was an isolated case, I asked my assistant to order the same machine again, which in hindsight was a terrible decision. On the second, the cable began fraying early at the connection point and eventually began charging regularly. Since I don't want to damage my computer, I no longer use the charger. Fast forward 6 months, I forgot my good charger and all I have is this. After holding the cable for 30 minutes, perfect for charging, the cable completely detaches. Lesson. Not every deal is good. I have instructed that none of my employees use this cable for fear of burning the office down. In addition, the 30-day return window makes it impossible to fix potential problems later. Everything will work for 30 days.
