This is my first Matein which has replaced my favorite Ogio but falls apart completely after a few years. I chose Matein because they have a reputation for durability. The bag seems pretty solid at first glance, although I haven't taken it anywhere yet. I love the look and it feels like it has plenty of room and organization for small items in the front pockets. The included USB port seems like a useful feature and I bought an external battery to go with it. The "TSA-friendly" design is a good idea, but when I tried to use my latest TSA-friendly case as intended, they still forced me to take out my laptop. Let's see what happens with it. I will update the review after actually traveling with him.
