Releases directly from extension, self locking extensions

The retainer on the inside of the 3/8 socket wrench is mismanaged, it won't stay on the extension, it even slips right off the extension locking extension. This can be a big problem, especially if the spark plug seat is in a deep spark plug hole. It has to stay on hold. The rest of the socket seems good but useless unless it stays on the extension.
