This bag is almost perfect. The laptop compartment is heavily padded, including the bottom. Between the premium leather and fabric material on the bottom, there's more than enough cushion to protect your laptop if you "carelessly" drop it. When the bag is used in "messenger mode" the backpack straps add extra padding (as if you need it, which you really don't as there should be enough padding already). I got my computer, a change of clothes, some papers and lots of supplies. The zipped interior is ideal for phone accessories and more. What's most impressive is that there's no telling that this is a convertible case. When I demonstrated that it turns into a backpack, people had no idea. This feature is useful when the trip is long and you need to take a suitcase with you. So I use backpack mode and leave my hands free to get to the airport. Great padding, business look, good quality, spaciousness and versatility make this bag perfect for what I need. I highly recommend this bag for business trips, especially when you are on the go.
