I didn't even know there was a night lotion and a morning lotion, I was a little disappointed in myself for not checking them out beforehand lol. So I apply the regular Cerave lotion after washing my face with the ASNME face brush, then I use the night lotion on top of that, then I use the cool version of the ASNME brush, sometimes the warm version so my face gets the lotion can record . better, but usually warm to wash, apply lotion, leave it on for a few minutes, then cold to give yourself a facial massage, maybe wait half an hour before bedtime to apply night lotion / cold massage, not sure yet, have to experiment It . It's been about a week now and I'm loving it even though my face was the clearest it's been in a long time.
