Review on SmartLaunch™ by Kenny Marozas

I love that they have an excellent customer service team - always willing/able to help! They are very knowledgeable about their products, which really helps with my questions as well. The website could be improved for those who aren't familiar or comfortable using computers (I'm not one myself). My main issue was trying to determine how much inventory we had in our warehouse vs what would actually ship out once it hit store shelves at retail locations. It's easy enough now but when you're just getting started this can make things more difficult than necessary. We were able solve all issues right away so no problems there.
