Ideal for potential fires in the kitchen, BBQ, laundry room or to store next to combustible products. Well made, meets the specs and packs away easily for quick use. Instructions are printed on the box and all I have to do is pull the two black straps and cover the fire until it stops. I prefer a fiberglass blanket to a fire extinguisher because it's a lot easier to put out a fire, especially when grilling and welding. Last year my grill was not cleaned in 2019 and during the 2020 pandemic my grill was not cleaned. . One night with 8 burgers on the grill I had a big fire on a tray around the propane tank and in the grill that wouldn't go out. I quickly turned off the propane, but it was too difficult to unscrew the hose and pull the tank out due to the horrid 24 inch flame. So we threw in baking soda instead of a fire extinguisher so we don't have to clean up as much chemical mess so we can fry again in the future. Having one of those blankets would have been far better than the mess and risk we faced during that incident. It's worth the money, it's a feeling of being ready for next time!
