Review on 🔑 Keysy RFID Duplicator: Copy HID, AWID, Indala, EM41xx + More Key Cards and Fobs by Corey Holloway

It works, definitely copies, your mileage may vary!

This thing could duplicate absolutely anything I've used before. However, so far it hasn't been able to emulate a card for anything I've thrown at it! That was the main reason I bought it. Keeping one of the key fobs that comes with the kit on a keychain/copier works well enough for me. It's a lot better than lugging around four cars that I have to dig out and since I only use one card most of the time I only use the four main cards on the copier and switch the remote when needed. I wouldn't call that a time saver. but in my case it definitely saves space, making it useful enough to store away! I already have a copier, but it's bulky and I definitely don't want to lug it around with me all the time. I have screening, depending on why you need it and what you want to use it for there might be cheaper solutions or it might be perfect. For reference, all the cards I tried were on the compatibility list, but as I said, it doesn't want to emulate the only one, unfortunately. Maybe I've broken something, but I think that unfortunately it can't handle emulation very well. The search continues, and I have a feeling that if I find something, I'll still move to a new system. By the way, I absolutely hate that there is a brand on the keychains. To me, that practically ruins the perfect keychain. It's nice and thin, it's very light and it looks like it's going to last really long, but that huge white logo looks awful. Also, there's no real way to tell it apart if you have more than one on your keychain. I think you'll get used to the order in which you hang them on your keychain, but still. If they want to make it ugly, they could at least make it a different color. Come on Casey, there is so much potential here and such a missed opportunity. Some bad product choices along with really bad marketing.

Pros
  • Allows copying of up to (4) RFID credentials (125kHz).
Cons
  • Security
