I like the product but when I opened the box to assemble on Christmas eve to find a cracked plexiglass panel, it was disappointing and I haven't had any return contact as to how to replace the panel. Also, the mesh cover is not attached well to the frame/lid. It comes out of place easily, but is not easily put back in place.
