Great translation management tool with excellent service

The customer support team is one of the best I have seen in my experience as an IT professional. They are very fast to respond and help solve any issues we might encounter. Sometimes it takes up to 3 days for them reply but they always do. Some customers request customisations or requests which can take some time before getting approved by their technical managers. One thing I didn't like was when we had problems while using our cloud account they will not provide any refund even if you paid for full year. Our clients use this product across many countries so having easy access to translations of products and marketing materials makes things easier from a business perspective.

  • Easy interface, user friendly design with all possible tools needed within your portal plus great translation options provided at no extra cost.Great service reps who know what's going around inside Microsoft platform environment
