The collar came bent and I can't straighten it. The teeth are too narrow. Apparently it's very strong and I can't bend down to fix it. I thought maybe my friend could fix it, but no, it's still unusable. I had it so long ago and I don't have the shipping box so I think I'll keep it to myself. Maybe Superman will come and stand for me. I wish the company would have checked this before shipping. quality control?
