The case got very hot on the first charge and the headphones never fully charged. Fortunately, the case's battery didn't catch fire. The wireless charger I used with the charging case is Qi certified. With the factory-supplied 18W QC3 power adapter, the wireless charger supports 5W, 7.5W, and 10W charging modes. It negotiates charging with my other wireless devices, leading me to believe the wireless charging case is to blame is. The provider recommends using a Qi-certified wireless charger with an input power of less than 12W to see if the problem persists. Too many problems for the product
