I've got the laptop received and immediately had problems with the battery. I then contacted support and after a few days of waiting they responded. I sent them my laptop for repair and they told me to wait a maximum of 5 days. I waited 2 weeks and they sent me a laptop that worked even worse. Battery issues were worse and the screen was running out of steam. While writing this review, the screen went black and my laptop turned off twice. I hardly used it and it took more time and resources than anyone had to contribute to a new machine they spent so much money on. I absolutely cannot recommend Razer or its products. Terrible company, terrible product.
