When you open this keyboard case, you need to move the keyboard to have a comfortable view of the iPad. You just opened my last suitcase and it was perfect. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting which is very annoying. If you don't use your keyboard for a minute, you'll need to set up Bluetooth again. The instructions contained a small leaflet on this problem, so the manufacturers are aware of the problem, but have not solved it. It's really annoying. I'm not happy with it, but I don't want to spend more money on anything else.
