I ordered the "single strand", 28g wire, for wire wrapping and it works beautifully. It's tough, holds its shape and is polished. I was hesitant, based on some reviews, but saw that it seems the bad reviews are due to people expecting the product to do things it is not intended to do. At least, I've never heard of wrapping with anything other than single strand wire. It seems multi strand wire is intended to be more flexible and for beading, not for wrapping or shape holding. But, to each their own. I rarely write reviews, but really wanted to defend this product. It's really good, but you have to make sure that you are selecting the proper options for what you're intending to do with it. For me, it's perfect for wrapping. I'll definitely be purchasing it again. The price and quality are both great in my opinion. I hope this helps and has not offended anyone.
