Very small but shiny. I got a size 0.08 so thought it would be a bit bigger but it was still so small I had to seriously consider keeping it (even though I got it as a Prime Day deal and it was a good price). Came with a certificate of authenticity and a handkerchief in a nice box. Very small when used as a main earring. The setting is nice, the screw down back feels secure and doesn't hurt to sleep in. UPDATE: I decided to return it. Just too small. Not suitable as a main earring in my adult ear; presses on the ear and does not sit on the earlobe. Gets stuck in my ear because it's so small it looks like it will fit right through the hole in my earlobe. Really wanted to like it but didn't work for me.
