Came Damaged Best Hair Color

I was so excited when I first tried this brand and then I opened the package and saw the box was totally damaged. I open the box and hope the bottle hasn't been destroyed, but I end up flooded with all the paint. Due ran out of the bottle and the cap was already unscrewed :/ disappointed. I don't know if Revane destroyed the package or something, but I'm still upset about it.
