I've come to the conclusion that if I have to sit in a chair more than 2 hours a day, it's better if it's comfortable. I'm glad I pulled the trigger on this chair. It's like improving the quality of life. It took about 45 minutes to assemble, the process is quite simple. But remember that the job can be much easier if you use a magnetic screwdriver. It can be very difficult to keep small screws in place when assembling the side panels. In general I am satisfied with the purchase.
