Crucial's 4GB of RAM didn't help speed up the iMac's boot time, but it did help with some apps
Works with my 2011 Apple iMac. I downloaded the new OS X Yosemite which mine iMac slowed down a bit. The extra memory didn't help speed up boot times, but I did get more RAM for memory-intensive apps. I followed the installation video on YouTube and installed 4GB myself. That's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. I still don't know how to speed up the iMac startup delay.
