Very dissatisfied with this printer

I've had the printer for about a week now. Actual print quality is fine. Not the best, but certainly acceptable and useful to me. And the printer is fast and quiet. But that's about all I can find good about this printer. The operating information in the manual is undoubtedly some of the worst, vague and must be useless I have ever seen in a manual for such a product. Online information isn't much better. The setup and operation of this machine is NO. intuitive. In fact, figuring out how to set it up and then use it with a manual in hand just isn't easy. The way the printer is designed with two separate planes, I don't think anyone can see the user's screen when you're at your computer. I definitely can't. My height is 6 feet. The bottom of the printer sits on a 29 1/4" high section of my desk and about 23" from where I sit in front of the computer. The center of the screen is 41 1/2 inches from the floor. I can't read anything on the screen without leaning A LOT and raising my head as high as I can stretch my neck. Super uncomfortable and super just annoying. Terrible design. The screen is completely unreadable unless you're looking at it directly in front of you. You can't read it from the side. So with the screen mounted so high and with no side view, you have to stand up pretty straight up and put your face directly in front of the screen to read it. And working with the different sections and tools on the screen is also very unintuitive and difficult to navigate. SMALL fonts! REALLY TERRIBLE screen design. In my opinion THIS is the worst physical feature of the printer. Finally, ejecting sheets of paper after you've printed something on them is unnecessarily difficult without slightly bending the sheet as it's ejected. It's just stupid how they designed the printer for you. REMOVE PRINT AND PAPER! The printer has small indentations on both sides (upside down) of the printed sheet, so you can slide your finger under the sheet of paper to remove it after printing. But the indentations are NOT DEEP enough to slip your finger under the sheet enough to pull it out without easily wrinkling the paper. Is it too much to be able to remove a PERFECTLY and seemingly undamaged sheet of paper after printing? I haven't copied or scanned anything else. I just printed from my computer. While I'm scared Here, too, the printer prints properly. He's fast and quiet. Would I recommend this car to a friend? Absolutely not. The hassle factor for this particular printer is just WAY too high. Epson. SHAQ. Come on man!
