The first one I ordered "lost" in the mail. So I canceled and reordered. The buttons on my device are broken. The volume up and down buttons do nothing. Aux button doesn't work (I plugged in my phone and the aux port won't turn on - the light above it stays dark). The on/standby button turns off the device, but does not put it into standby mode. I'm so sad. I am very happy with this speaker. But the quality control is terrible. If you look at the reviews, you'll see that the buttons don't work on many speakers. The sound quality was pretty decent, but I couldn't test the sound quality because I could only turn up the volume on my phone, not the speaker volume. Consequently, all of my testing was done with the speaker's default settings, which aren't very loud.
