Ideal for occasional use but not for daily trips
I have an 11 year old 13 pound chihuahua mix who really slowed down on our 2 mile walks (she poops after the first mile) so I pick her up and carry her the rest of the way but she is too heavy. on my hands. So I've been using the sling for a week and it fits in and has no issues with it, but it's a solid 13 pounds and it's putting too much pressure on my shoulders and neck (probably would be fine for daily trips if it weighed about 5 pounds). lighter) so I had to break down and buy a stroller. So I will use a bandage when we go out at the weekend.
