This insert works great. The first one I bought came flat and vacuum sealed so it was very easy to slip into a pillowcase. The second wasn't flat so I punched a hole in the case and manually flattened it as much as I could, stuck it into the case and then manipulated it to rip off the case and take it out. Would order again.
