WIFI CONNECTION STINK

THIS TV IS PURCHASED FOR NEWS STREAMING. VIDEO INTERRUPTS AND SLOWS DOWN. Started disconnecting wifi, bought a new router, and while all other devices were working normally, this tv speaker was still bad, frozen, and kept disconnecting from wifi. I CONTACTED SUPPORT AND THEY CONNECTED IT TO MY PHONE. I worked 30 minutes and was looked at. CAN'T GET THIS WORKING AGAIN. YOUR SUPPORT SAID IT CONNECTED TO MY PHONE THAT IT WAS NOT YOUR TV BUT MY INTERNET CONNECTION. THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT MY ISP. ALL MY OTHER TVS (SAMSUNG ON WIFI) AND COMPUTERS STREAM WELL. I AM ALSO A SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR WITH 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND NETWORKING KNOWLEDGE. I FURTHER FIXED THE PROBLEM MYSELF AND DISABLED ALL WIFI SECURITY SETTINGS. INTERESTINGLY the TV was plugged in and lived for about 3 or 4 hours with no problems before being unplugged again. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VIZIO PRODUCT! MY CONCLUSION IS THAT YOUR FIRMWARE PROGRAMMING IS BAD OR THE TV IS DEFECTIVE. UNFORTUNATELY, YOUR SUPPORT DEPARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMPLETELY TROUBLESHOOT THE PRODUCTS. DO NOT BUY VIZIO PRODUCTS!
