My microphone kit could not connect to my Zoom H4N for some reason and I had a big shoot coming up. I contacted Purple Panda support and not only were they able to get back to me after 12 hours but they were kind enough to send a replacement which worked great. It turned out that the problem was with the adapter, so I'm glad the PP team figured it out for me. Be sure to try this set!
