incorrect packaging resulted in loss of gel
I opened the product packaging and found a leaking whitening gel. The packaging did not protect either the syringes or their plungers and as a result two of the three syringes lost gel: one lost 2 of its 5 ml, the other 1 of its 5 ml. So in total 3/5 of the contents of the syringe were lost. This could have been avoided if the syringes were in a tray that prevented movement of the plungers.
