Review on 🚿 5 Setting Handheld Shower Head with 59 inch Stainless Steel Hose Bracket, High Pressure Showerhead (Silver) by Janet Harris

The connector on this head is not properly designed. I don't know how other buyers connect this head to the arm. I had a big problem with that. The first picture is the connecting part of this shower head. Good thing there's a swivel. However, the female connector is EXACTLY round. Impossible to use a wrench to turn this into a hand. Picture 2 is my old showerhead. You can see that he intentionally flattens the two sides so you can easily turn this head with a wrench. I also attached a video. You can see I have no way of turning this head any further. I tried using a wrench to secure the head. Useless. It only scratches the surface and still spins all together. Sorry I have to send this back. Can anyone please recommend a shower head with the same design as my old one or a good tool for such a shower head? Many Thanks. ----------------Update: The seller contacted me about my issue. He told me that this product does not require sealing tape on the threads. I tried. yes, it rotates (by my hand) and does not flow. the task is solved. I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
