I received a bonus set! It was cool😎. Usage is 40 hours per week for professional use plus a large amount of additional personal use. My ears usually hurt around 5pm no matter what I use. This comes with rubber covers that allow it to hold its shape without any pressure. Thank you! The sound quality is good. As good as my best Samsung headset. The fact that it connects to my device eliminates the WiFi issues I had when using my expensive Bluetooth headphones when callers kept complaining. As with my other headset, I sometimes have to wrap the cord around my ear so the mic can be under my lip when callers keep asking me to repeat it. Hearing conversation partners at work has never been a problem. Hearing personal calls while driving or moving can sometimes be a problem no matter what device I'm using, and sometimes I need high/low speaker settings. I love this headset. I will probably order more to ensure I have a useful set for personal use, work, car and spares.
