It has a user friendly interface, it's easy to customize as per our requirements. I haven't found any dislikes in this product since its launch. If you want quality then go with appthemes. They always deliver what they promise. This is one of the best quality control applications. We used it for customer feedback surveys. It was very effective. The main benefit we have realized by using this tool is that we got more responses from our customers. I like the fact that it is easy to use and that it is very customizable. I dislike that the layout of the theme is not as pretty as I would like it to be. I am not sure how to change the layout of the theme. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quality control tool. I am using this to track issues with my clients. It is easy to use and it is very customizable.
