The product works very well. Hold on, hold on The only thing to keep in mind is that the size of the sphere and its mount is designed for a large device. I bought it to hold my dash cam as the original mount was broken. This one was too big to hold my camera when fully tightened. It was easy to fix "because I'm smart"! I simply wrapped some tape around the ball of the camera mount and made it larger so the new mount could be securely tightened around it. It didn't move at all.
