DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I bought it three months ago. Whenever I tried to play YouTube, save an Excel file or start a chat, it goes black for 10 seconds and every window on the monitor reverts to my laptop screen, after that I have to reset them every time it happens. Sometimes it doesn't receive any signal even though it's connected and turns black. This is very annoying because it happens at least 10 times a day. Your customer service is HORRIBLE. When I explained the situation, they told me to buy the cables and give me $10. These cables easily cost over $10. I'm sorry I bought it so poorly.
