Good product! Better than standard printing surface.

This glass bed has worked great on my Ender 3 Pro for the past few months. I secure it to the bed with tie clips to keep it in place and use Aquanet unscented hairspray to stick it on and have had minimal trouble removing imprints. I used vernier calipers to measure the thickness of the glass and physically lifted the Z-stop switch to ensure I had enough room to place it on the bed. It heats up well and seems to distribute the heat evenly. I had some problems with warping at first, but I solved the problem by applying a thicker layer of aquanet and a slightly higher layer temperature. If you use additional products like hairspray, clean the glass and apply a new coat before each print. I've tried getting the hairspray to hold more than one coat and it's best to start with a clean surface. I print PLA and PETG. I know that printing PETG on a glass platform can be tricky because you risk fusing with the glass and ruining the seal and glass, but I've used Aquanet for each print and had trouble removing just one element - it was a large stand for drinks with a thick flat bottom and I didn't use enough atomizers. After it cooled, I was able to remove it with some effort. My longest PETG print was about 22 hours long and once cooled, it immediately detached from the glass with a slight tug. Even if my glass breaks at some point, as long as it works well enough, I will not hesitate to buy this product again. I've had much more success with this than the magnetic build surface that came with my Ender 3 Pro.
