I can’t say that it’s a complete hat, but as a manual tripod it’s not very pleasant to shoot. Well, I can add to the minuses that the expansion at the legs is too big. Also, it's not adjustable. Although they are not adjustable . There are 2 positions - either wide or wide. Sometimes there is not enough space to place such a scale.
