Beautiful color ! I am 4' 9" 120 pounds I got the small . It fit great around the middle as I'm more booty then booby, but as long as I wear a bra this time lol Im sure it will be just fine, maybe with lite padding. The material is like the stretchy kind so if you lady's are worried about that don't be. the belt isn't made cheap either I was surprised. hope this helps All the best. Laura
