This is the WORST item I have ever ordered from Amazon. It's a disaster to get together. The screws don't go in the holes. Both manual and electric screwdrivers only screwed in halfway and then got stuck and ripped off. I contacted KidKraft and they said they would replace the broken parts. Then they sent me the wrong parts and another set of screws that barely fit. My arm is all torn from trying to push them like I have them. My 300 lb husband used all his weight and strength to no avail. I have now contacted them again to try and get the correct replacement parts and another set of screws. That's ridiculous. I would just send this piece of junk back for a refund but with the screws stuck in the side and the bars sticking out it doesn't come back in the box and I won't pay to send the huge piece back. Don't let the cute pattern fool you. It's HUM!
