Review on 💻 CyberpowerPC Gamer Supreme Liquid Cool Gaming PC: Ryzen 7 3800X, RTX 3060, 16GB DDR4, 1TB NVMe SSD, Win 10 Home by Andrew Arneson

Ordered 6/20. Arrived on 24.06. The box looked tattered. Open the glass pane to make sure all the wires are connected. Connected to PC and won't boot. Also, the mouse has 2 central buttons that don't come back after clicking. They got stuck. Called CyberpowerPC support. wait 20 minutes. The technician was very helpful and was able to use my phone's camera to see my PC settings. Confirmed it wouldn't turn on after looking at the checklist and now I'm sending it in for repair under warranty. I read reviews about this PC arriving in DOA. I said it wouldn't happen to me and it did. I hope nothing weird happens during the warranty repair. Hope it works as intended when it comes back (hopefully) in two weeks.
